New Builds & ADU
Build-out will include a basic build-out of a kitchen, bedroom(s), bathroom(s), living room & dining room at whatever square feet is needed. The plans will come from an architect and structural engineer who will illustrate and provide us with the dimension and floor plan in which we will detail the scope and materials selection. Cartwright Construction will take care of all plans and permits related to the job, cost are not included.

The basic build-out is approximately $265.00 per square foot per unit for all basic materials and labor. The pricing range can differ depending on what you are looking for.
Additional costs may occur for higher-end fixtures and material selection.
This basic build-out will include rough & finish plumbing, rough & finish electrical, foundation, framing, exterior layers, roof, drywall, windows, doors, bathrooms, bathtubs, kitchen cabinets & sink, garbage disposal, outlets/switches, essential lighting, flooring, interior and exterior paint, basic vanity, Formica countertops (can be upgraded additional cost), toilet, basic doorbell, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, HVAC, and a water heater.
Room Addition or Home Extension
This basic build-out will include rough electrical, foundation, structure, roof, drywall, windows, and doors.
$225 per sq ft.
No plumbing or gas. Basic electrical only.
To build with plumbing $250.00+ per sq ft (water in & waste out). Please keep in mind this may not include the cost of where we tap into the water source or drain line as pursuant to city codes. Same applies for existing electrical.
Price does not include plans and permit fees.
Paint
Interior & Exterior
Whether you are painting the interior or exterior we've got you covered. Pricing is based on # of colors, ceiling height and square footage. We can also repair damaged drywall and remove popcorn ceilings. To estimate your project cost a good range to start at is $2.50 per sq ft for interior jobs. All exterior projects must have an on-site consultation to determine if there is stucco or siding damage. Also consider that 2 story homes will cost more.
Flooring
A change of flooring brings an instant refresh to your space
Whether tile or Waterproof Vinyl we got you covered. Hardwood floors no problem. Let us restore them for you. Labor Installation costs starting at:

Tile & Baseboards : $12.00 per sq ft
Hardwood Floor Refinishing: Call
Waterproof Vinyl & Baseboards: $10.00 per sq ft (includes demo of baseboards and existing flooring)

Please note: whenever you change your floor, the baseboards get change too.

Baseboards Only Installation: $5.00 per linear foot
Paint Baseboards: $1 per linear foot
